In this mini virtual retreat we will introduce and explore the FDCW Foundation for the Development of Compassion and Wisdom, Unlocking Your Potential program. Explore how conditioning shapes our experience and how this may influence how we show up in our lives. You will learn tools empowering you to reflect more deeply on your potential to find fulfillment and meaning in life.

This course will help you:

  • Explore the lifelong process of conditioning which influences who you are today.
  • Understand that the way you experience and interact with the world through conditioning may support or limit the fulfillment of your potential.
  • Reflect on how you aim to unlock your potential.

Who is the course for?

This course is for people of all ages and backgrounds. It is designed for those who are curious about what shapes our experience and how we can transform our lives.

Workshop Fee:  $45

This workshop will be conducted using Zoom.  After you register you will be provided with a zoom link to the workshop.

Sharon Babineau  is an accredited FDCW facilitator based in Hamilton, Canada. She has presented many 16 G inspired workshops across Canada, including co-designing a University of Toronto AMM MIND course. Sharon is a decorated military soldier (retired).  Acquiring mindfulness skills like the 16 Guidelines were key to her recovery from the grief of losing both her husband and young daughter. She trained in these meaningful methods so she could provide others with these practical tools and strategies to live a well-balanced and optimal life. Sharon now teaches and facilitates mindfulness-based wellness for individuals, businesses, community and educators.
