If you have been searching for ways to make your life more meaningful, and have a positive impact on your world, this is the workshop for you. The 16 Guidelines are SIMPLE tools to help you develop the mind and heart to approach life in a calmer, kinder and wiser way.
Through guided mindfulness exercises, group discussion, and experiential exploration, you will examine each of the 16 Guidelines from Humility to Courage and discover the powerful impact that cultivating these qualities can have on your life and that of others.
Whether your greatest challenges exist at home, in the work place, in your community or the world beyond, the 16G provide the opportunity to deeply examine the nature of thought, action, interconnectivity and meaning in your life.
Many who have attended this workshop (from 23 countries and in six languages) have become role models of integrity and effective change-makers in schools, prisons, youth work, social work, health care, and corporate and environmental advocacy.
Participants who attended previous workshops describe their experience:
“Uplifting, inspiring, practical, empowering and transformative“
“I had an enlightening experience which made the path that I am on more clear”
“Very insightful in a visceral way. I believe this time it will stick”
“Potential for life goals and creating a path”
Elizabeth Skronski and Laurie Dolan are both accredited 16 Guideline Training Facilitators with FDCW.
